Winter Reflection Series at Glen Innish Farm
A Seasonal Journey of Release, Vision, and New Beginnings
December 13 • January 12 • February 2
Winter invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what matters most.
The Winter Reflection Series at Glen Innish Farm offers a gentle, meaningful way to move through the season—one grounded in creativity, mindful movement, nature, and simple human connection.
Designed for anyone looking for peace, clarity, and a little inspiration, each gathering stands beautifully on its own or can be experienced as a three-part journey through the heart of winter.
Together, we’ll honor where we’ve been, imagine where we want to go, and take the first grounded steps toward a new beginning.
🌑 Event 1: Winter’s Embrace — Wreaths, Wine & Yoga
Saturday, December 13, 2025 | 3:00–7:00 PM
We begin with stillness and gratitude.
A peaceful dusk trail walk invites you to gently release what no longer serves you, followed by a hands-on winter wreath or porch pot workshop using fragrant evergreens and lavender from the farm.
We end the evening with candlelight restorative yoga—grounding ourselves as the year draws to a close.
A warm, comforting evening to pause, breathe, and welcome winter with intention.
🌕 Event 2: Vision & Renewal — New Year Intention Workshop
Saturday, January 17, 2026 | 1:00–4:00 PM
As the new year settles in, we shift into clarity and imagination.
Through meditation, gentle reflection, and vision board creation, you’ll explore what you hope to cultivate in the months ahead.
This is an afternoon of creativity, tea, warmth, and possibility—perfect for anyone seeking direction or a moment to reflect.
Leave with a vision board and a renewed sense of purpose.
🌱 Event 3: Rooted in Action — A Succulent Intention Workshop
Saturday, February 7 | 2:00–4:00 PM
With daylight returning, we turn toward action.
Guided reflection helps you name one small, meaningful step you’re ready to take.
You’ll plant that intention—literally—by placing it into the soil of a beautifully decorated succulent pot, rooting both the plant and your first step at the same time.
Gentle movement and a closing circle complete the series with hope and grounded momentum.
A symbolic fresh start for the season ahead.
🤎 This Series Is for Everyone
This isn’t a retreat “for women” or “for yoga people” or “for artists.”
It’s for anyone who wants:
- a calm place to slow down
- meaningful seasonal experiences
- a mindful reset
- gentle movement and creativity
- connection with others and with nature
- a way to enter the new year feeling centered and hopeful
Whether you come to one gathering or all three, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.
