Simon and I are hosting a cooking demonstration in a couple of weeks - some of our favorite holiday appetizers.
The first Christmas that we lived in Kewaunee, Simon talked me into not cooking a Christmas Dinner (at the time it was his only day off and he didn't want me spending all day in the kitchen - sweet, I know)
So we had a big dinner Christmas eve and then just grazed all day on Christmas Day. Needless to say - I have never looked back. Love the time that I have been able to spend with the family just enjoying and not cooking on Christmas Day.
So on December 14th, we are going to showcase some of our favorite Christmas Day Appetizers -
Traditional New Zealand Meat Pie
Cheese Stuffed Meatballs with Guinness Gravy
Lavender Christmas Cake
