Farmstead 1868 Lavender Fest 2025

First visit to Lavender Festival. Loved it! Went on Sunday when some vendors I had hoped to visit were not present. Regardless it is a lovely event, enjoyed my time there. I will be revisiting next year.

My daughter and I returned for our second year to enjoy the 2nd Annual Lavander Festival! This year, due to holiday obligations, we attended on Sunday instead of Saturday. The ambiance was just as pleasant this year - and so much more organized! My daughter said she felt so very welcome by everyone who's path we crossed - and we both love that it is clearly a family operation!

The entrance tent was welcoming! Maybe a bit more signage that the tables were demonstrators, not sales booths. We enjoyed the Honeybee demo! Wish we made it back to the distilling demo, but it didn't seem to run again after the class was over. That iron worker was really nifty!

We attended the "Making Personal Aroma Inhalers" Class - talk about a knowledgeable and welcoming instructor! We give her an A+!

Our only negative feedback was the limited food (especially beverage) trucks available on Sunday. The event listing did not specify that all were not going to be there both days - and we missed some things we were looking forward to from last year. Loved the opened-up bottom of the barn for seating to eat though!

Keep up the great work and forward momentum with this amazing summer event! Can't wait to see you next year!

What an incredible experience!! Everthing was organized prefect. From the first person directing parking, the vendors to the lavendar fields. I absolutely loved the little boy parking cars. I asked him if he was one of those Cody kids and he responded with a huge smile and a head nod. I look forward to next year.

Better ventilation for vendors in top of barn. Saturday was excellent weather. I fear for vendors on Sunday because of heat. Plenty of places to sit. Excellent service for older patrons with parking. Mom n dad both enjoyed the day. Bunches of lavender for those who don't want to pick lavender was great for dad. Music tent was refreshing. White house workshop a plus. Thanks to bringing in bridges on stress workshop and build a purple bear too. We stayed the entire day and loved it. Thanks for holding the festival. See you again maybe next year.

This festival is such a wonderful experience! I would recommend it to anyone local or traveling - it is worth the trip! Most festivals are an overwhelming experience for me, but this one is so well planned and executed that it was actually a relaxing experience - from beautiful instrumental music played live under a tent next to the fields, to strategic placement of chairs within the fields to rest and enjoy the scent of lavender, it was a pleasure to attend. The fields get hot, though, so wear sunscreen and a hat if it's a sunny day!

This is our second year attending the Lavender Fest @ Farmstead 1868 in Cazenovia - We love it! The fields of lavender are lovely and fragrant, the venders are so friendly and creative! On Sunday morning, we enjoyed listening to live music from Jonah Ladd (a Caz native!) and the Sunset Band - they were EXCELLENT and so much fun! My husband and i will definitely make this festival an annual tradition! Wonderful, enjoyable event! HIGHLY recommend!

I booked our visit to the Lavender festival for my friend's birthday present. We both really enjoyed the experience. Great vendors; food trucks were very good. Loved the music and the lavender field. It was a really nice experience!

We enjoyed ourselves at your Lavender fest. It was our first time. One thing we were looking to buy were lavender scented soaps and were not able to find any. We'll be back next year.
