Evening of Energy

Step into our enchanting woodland this Autumn Equinox for an unforgettable “Evening of Energy.” Under the influence of the New Moon, immerse yourself in a night dedicated to renewal, connection, and wellbeing. An "entry only" ticket includes entry to the event and to the mini-talks/workshops, any one-2-one you may then want with a chosen professional will be subject to availability and an additional fee will be payable for the one-2-one session.

 An "Energy ticket" Includes:

• Personalised 1:1 Energy Experience - Every guest will enjoy a private 15-minute session with one of our attending Energy Experts—tailored to help you recharge, rebalance, and reconnect.
• Mini Group Experiences - Throughout the evening, join a variety of mini group sessions designed to boost your energy, foster community, and introduce you to new practices in a welcoming, supportive atmosphere.
• Woodland Ambience - Surrounded by nature, let the tranquil setting enhance your experience and help you embrace the spirit of the Equinox whilst enjoying some forest bathing.

Whether you’re seeking clarity, relaxation, or a fresh start, this is your invitation to pause, reflect, and celebrate the turning of the seasons with us. Spaces are limited—book early to secure your place.

Your T&Cs:

1. **Booking & Payment**

   - All bookings must be made in advance via our website.

   - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

   - Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by Sturmer Garden Centre.

2. **Event Details**

   - The event will take place in our woodland area at Sturmer Garden Centre on the date of the New Moon during the Autumn Equinox.

   - Full ticket guests will receive a 15-minute individual Energy Experience (only on a full ticket) and all guests will have access to mini group sessions throughout the evening.

   - Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

3. **Age Restrictions**

   - This event is suitable for adults aged 18 and over only.

4. **Health & Safety**

   - The event takes place outdoors; please dress appropriately for the weather and uneven ground.

   - Guests participate in all experiences at their own risk.

   - If you have any health conditions or mobility concerns, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate you where possible.

5. **Conduct & Behaviour**

   - We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to others.

6. **Cancellation & Changes**

   - In the unlikely event that the evening must be cancelled or rescheduled by Sturmer Garden Centre (e.g. due to severe weather), guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a new date.

7. **Photography & Privacy**

   - Photographs may be taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any images, please let a member of staff know upon arrival.

8. **Liability**

   - Sturmer Garden Centre and its staff accept no liability for personal property lost or damaged during the event.
