Booth Pricing & Options

Booth prices vary by size, location, and electric availability. All available booths and their exact prices are listed individually on this page.

8×10 booths → $40–$55 depending on placement and electric availability

7.5×14 booths → $45–$55 depending on electric availability

10×10 booths → $50–$70 depending on placement and electric availability

Premium Locations: Priced higher based on visibility and foot traffic

Chairs: Provided free of charge for all vendors

Tables: Vendors are welcome to bring their own tables free of charge, or tables may be rented for $10 each; we have a limited number of 8 ft rectangular tables, a couple of 6 ft tables, and plenty of 5 ft round tables.

Electricity

Only booths marked as having electrical access include outlet availability. Vendors using electricity must bring their own UL-listed extension cords, which means they are safety-certified for electrical and fire standards. High-draw equipment requires advance approval.

If you need electrical and do not see one available, please reach out and we will see how we can still accommodate you.

Vendor Restrictions

Certain direct-sales brands are limited to one vendor per brand (Pampered Chef, Scentsy, Tastefully Simple, Avon, etc.). Booths are assigned on a first-purchase basis. If a second vendor signs up for a brand that is already represented, the later purchaser will receive a full refund and the booth will be released.

Banner & Display Policy

Vendors may not hang banners or signage between the poles if the display is more than 3 feet off the ground, as this blocks visibility for the vendors located behind them. Vendors who want to hang a full-height banner behind their booth are encouraged to reserve a wall-adjacent space such as booths 1–6 or 14–21. Any wall-mounted displays must use easily removable hangers, such as 3M Command Strips, to avoid damaging the venue.

Beverage Policy

We’ve updated our beverage policy to now allow personal outside beverages such as bottled water, thermoses, and coffee, but outside alcohol remains strictly prohibited. Prairie View Event Hall’s bar will be open and selling coffee, pop, lemonade, other non-alcoholic drinks, as well as alcoholic beverages. Because the bar is operating, vendors who offer beverages may provide non-alcoholic samples of 3 oz or smaller only and may not sell drinks of any kind.

Advertising

After you sign up, please send any product photos you’d like us to feature to [email protected]. If you use a different email address than the one you purchase your booth with, include your booth number or the business name you entered during checkout so we can match your photos correctly.

To help maximize attendance, please promote the event on your own social media pages and in local Facebook groups, tag our Prairie View Event Hall Facebook or Prairie View Event Instagram accounts, and mark yourself as “Going” on the official Facebook event. Vendor participation in promotion helps bring in more customers and increases overall event turnout.

All booth details, pricing, and the floor map showing available spaces are listed on this event page. Each booth is sold individually, and once a booth is purchased, it is automatically marked as sold out.

Sales Tax

Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting South Dakota sales tax on all taxable sales made at the event. The current sales tax rate in Tea, South Dakota is approximately 6.2% total, consisting of 4.2% South Dakota state sales tax and 2.0% Tea municipal sales tax. Vendors should verify rates and filing requirements with the South Dakota Department of Revenue.
