Community Volunteer Day

Interested in volunteering at Smith-Gilbert Gardens? Join us with friends and family for one or all of our 2025 Community Volunteer Days!
Registration is free and required to participate. Children are welcome to join with parents- 8 years and over recommended (there will be a parent consent form on site at check-in for your child to participate).
The volunteer project will begin at 10AM and conclude by Noon. We will provide all of the tools and gloves but you are also welcome to bring your own. We suggest wearing pants to help protect your knees, and long sleeves to protect your arms. Bring your water bottle too!
- Monday, October 13th
- Duties will include planting winter annuals around the gardens.

4.3Working alongside of the staff at Smith Gilbert Gardens is an absolutely joy and pleasure. They are always willing to share their knowledge and passion of everything horticulture. Great people to spend the day with in one of the best kept gardens in the local area. I would volunteer again any day!
