Christmas Lunch with Michelin Star Chef Ashley Finch

Join us for our very first Christmas Dinner with Michelin Star guest chef Ashley Finch. Ashley has had an illustrious career working alongside some of the greatest chefs such as Marcus Wareing, Michel Roux Jr and Alain Ducasse. Chef Ashley will be creating a delicious 3 course Christmas Dinner (option of 2 courses available) 

You will have the opportunity to chat with Ashley during the meal and if you feel compelled to have a dance to the background music in between courses please feel free to do so.  If you require solo dining please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate.

Christmas Lunch MENU:

STARTERS:

• Classic Prawn cocktail, baby gem lettuce, brandy yogurt marie rose sauce with buttered brown bread
• Goats cheese, caramlised red onion & chestnut tartlet, rocket and balsamic salad
• Duck & orange pate, spiced apple chutney, toasted sourdough and dressed salad.

• Roast Turkey breast, red cabbage, honey roasted parsnips, pigs in blankets, sage & onion stuffing, roasted sprouts and chestnuts. Roast potatoes, Yorkshire & gravy.
• Salmon Wellington, buttered new potatoes, tenderstem broccoli, french beans, peas and a white wine cream sauce
• Butternut squash and toasted chestnut risotto

DESSERT:

• Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce and vanilla cream
• Christmas pudding and brandy sauce
• Cheese board (additional £4 supplement to be paid on the day)

Please note the following:

• Please specify if you have any dietary requirements or allergies (we may not be able to cater for all circumstances due to the nature of the event. We will notify you and refund if this is the case)
• Please bring proof of ID for consuming alcohol as we follow the Challenge 25 guidelines – you may be asked for proof of ID if we consider you may look under the age of 25.
• Please make sure you arrive by 1pm
• Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased.
• If you have any dietary requirements or allergies you must notify us at least 3 days before the event to be able to plan and cater for you.
• There are no other alternatives to the menu as it is a Chef chosen menu.
• One soft drink is included in your meal cost, any other drinks must be purchased on the day.
• If you are late arriving you may have to wait to be seated and depending on time may miss a course of food. No refunds are given in these circumstances.
• Filming may be taking place during the event so you must be willing to participate. By Booking you are agreeing to your images being used on any of our social media or for promotional purposes by us or Ashley Finch. No remuneration is available.
