• No background in movement, voice, or music.
• No pressure to perform or participate in any one way.

This 4-hour immersive gathering is a gentle, welcoming space for women to explore embodiment, expression, and connection through movement, voice, creativity, and rest — guided by curiosity and choice.

You are always invited to follow your own rhythm.

During our break, you’re invited to rest, journal, or walk the beautiful labyrinth on the property — allowing space for integration and inner peace.

Feel free to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported — a shawl, cushion, water bottle, or sacred items.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle into your space and gently land before we begin.

Tickets are refundable up to one week before the event. If something unexpected arises—such as illness or a family emergency—please reach out. While refunds may not be possible after that time, we’re happy to offer a credit toward a future event whenever we can.
