Join us for a truly special evening in celebration of Burns Night, especially crafted for whisky lovers and our cherished Scottish guests. We are thrilled to present a Whisky Extravaganza, featuring a four-course dinner paired with an exquisite selection of whiskies from Halewood Artisanal Spirits, with a spotlight on the acclaimed Bonnington Distillery in Edinburgh. Immerse yourself in an evening rich in Scottish traditions.

We will feature a range of whiskies from Halewood's distinguished collection with highlights from Bonnington Distillery for you to taste and compare throughout the evening. Each whisky will be carefully paired with the courses to enhance your dining experience and complement the rich flavours of the menu, while deepening the Scottish ambiance of the night.  

Guiding you through this experience will be Jill, the Head Distiller at Halewood. A legend in the whisky world, Jill was honoured with the prestigious award World Whisky Blender of the Year 2020. 

Bonnington Distillery 

The Bonnington Distillery is the first single malt distillery in Leith in nearly a century, proudly producing both Crabbie Whisky and the Bonnington range of Scotch whiskies. Owned by Halewood, the distillery has a fascinating history. During the construction of its foundations, ruins of ancient fortifications were uncovered, prompting an archaeological excavation that temporarily halted the project. 

Since 2020, the Bonnington Distillery has been in full production, crafting an impressive 2,200 casks per year of exceptional whisky.
