• What age do I have to be to attend to the event? Each Attendee must be 18 years old or Older 
• Can I bring my spouse or partner to the event? They are more than welcome to as long as they have a ticket themselves. Each Attendee must have their own ticket. 
• I'm no longer attending the event, can I get a refund? No, Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE 
• Can I transfer my tickets to someone else? No, Tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE
• For my ticket, I chose the credit option since I see a book that I want but the book is $23.99. Can I still use my credit? Yes! You can still use your Credit! You will just need to pay the remaining difference. 
• I received an XOXO, Coupon Book and I have a 20% discount coupon, can I used it during the event? No, the 20% discount coupon is not valid during this event. 
• I received an XOXO, Coupon Book and I have a $5.00 off XOXO Author Event coupon, can I used it to purchase my ticket? No, the $5.00 off XOXO Author Event coupon is not valid for this event.
