Join us at Smith-Gilbert Gardens for Bonsai for Beginners, part of our Garden Learning Series. This hands-on workshop is perfect for anyone interested in learning the fundamentals of bonsai care. Led by Horticulture Tech Zack Aulbach, the session will cover basic repotting and maintenance techniques. Participants will leave with their own bonsai to continue nurturing at home. This workshop is recommended for ages 10 and up.
$35 for non-members, members receive a discount. Pre-registration is required.

What a great class! I went with my retired mom and we both learned so much. We feel empowered to create new bonsai starts on our own now! And I'm so impressed with our finished products from the class! I was proud to show off my work when I got home, and will enjoy displaying it as I care for it now. So cool that I made that! Thanks for a great experience!
