Tickets are now out for presale pricing until January 21st! We are offering individual as well as bundle pricing for both show and afterparty! Tickets are limited, so please purchase them before it is too late!

Afterparty Details:
Our afterparty this year will be held at the University Club at LANE STADIUM from 10 PM to 1:30 AM! Join the teams and us for a fly night hosted by DJ Rev7in. Afterparty will be 18+ to enter, and we will also have a bar for those who are 21+. Don't miss out on the biggest event of the year!
*Government Issued Photo I.D. will be required for admission* (School/University ID will not be accepted)

**TICKETING POLICIES AND CONDITIONS**
Payment: We accept credit/debit card as forms of payment.
There will be no refunds on tickets after purchase. Transfer of any ticket is prohibited as well.
Ticket pricing is subject to change with flash sales and tier increases as supply & demand changes.
Must be 18+ to attend afterparty. Those who do not show a valid form of ID will not be admitted, and will not be refunded. (Government IDs ONLY)
Blacksburg Ki Badmaashi strives to create a safe space for all dancers and attendees, and will not tolerate any forms of harassment or assault. Any instance of harassment will result in the removal of the individual, banning from future BKB events, and additional legal action. If there is an allegation regarding harassment or sexual assault, BKB, Raas All Stars, and Desi Dance Competition each have separate regulations that may impact a team’s ability to compete at future BKB events, RAS bid competitions, and all DDN partner competitions.

Congratulations on a successful event! Managing 400+ students is a massive undertaking, and it was great to see everyone safe and having fun.
I’m sharing this because our family drove 4+ hours specifically to support the kids and experience the show production. I noticed several areas where the hired AV professionals fell short of the incredible effort the teams put in:
Audio Quality: The sound was unbearable and heavily distorted for every performance. During the show delay, I did not see the hired crew testing the audio. A thorough sound check is a must; I was waiting outside and would have gladly helped with the AV if asked. The distortion was so poor we had to move to the back of the auditorium. Furthermore, students told me they could not hear anything on stage, which is a major issue for their performance.
Projector Setup: Setting up from behind the stage where the lens is blocked by foot traffic was a major mistake. The feed was cut off at the start, and even when restored, it remained off-center for the rest of the show. It appeared the crew lacked experience with this type of staged venue.
I don’t want to get your team in trouble, but these vendors need this feedback. Please incorporate specific AV checks into your annual runbook of operations so future student organizers avoid repeating these issues.
If you need more funding for better professionals, please reach out to parents; we are happy to chip in or volunteer technical time. Burruss Hall is beautiful—fixing these AV problems will make the event truly memorable for everyone. Let’s increase the production quality for future shows!
