Along with his hapless valet Passepartout, Phileas Fogg sets out on a dazzling escapade that takes him from the misty alleys of London to the exotic subcontinent and on to the Wild West as they race against the clock on a dizzying succession of trains, steamers, a wind-propelled sled, and an elephant.
Laura Eason's celebrated adaptation of Jules Verne's classic novel was seen at the New Vic Theatre, Stoke, and Manchester's Royal Exchange before receiving its London premiere at the St. James Theatre in 2015.
The FLCS High School Theater students have been working hard to bring you this production.
Flowers for the actors and general concessions will be available to purchase before the show, during intermission, and after the performance.
It was a fantastic show! Completely enjoyable from start to finish! The students did a great job in their roles, the props and setting were awesome - I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!
Exquisitely done - really enjoyed the format and theater layout. You could tell that a lot of time and care went into this. Unfortunately, though, with the accents and lack of microphones it was often hard to understand and decipher what was being said. It was a great event for the whole family.
All 5 of us attending really enjoyed the show. We loved the lay out of the staging, the clever use of the support actors and the obvious hard work put in by all. Excellent!
This was a very creative and well executed play. We enjoyed it thoroughly! The students were professional in delivery. The setting was extremely well done with variety and movement that captured attention kept the story interesting. Well done !!!
This is our 3rd play at FLCS! Again we were amazed by the talent and dedication of the students! The memorization and acting ability was better than anything I have seen on Broadway! Can’t wait for the next one! Thank you for providing such a lifelong skill and valuable opportunity for these students!
