This feedback is a bit scathing, but hopefully it is useful for future events.

1. Poor communication around the event times. I had to search and saw that a few people's questions were not answered when asked. I eventually found it was 6-9pm from a message earlier in the year, and wasn't showing on your current events calendar.
2. Massive queue to get in. Not a huge problem of you arrived early, but all that time we were queuing, we weren't buying food/drinks onsite (which is a lost opportunity for you).
3. The light display wasn'y very good if you were standing on the shorter goal side. The music wasn't very clear, the lights weren't very impressive, and the whole production was patchy with false starts. (I was on the long side last year and it was effective there).
4. No bonfire. I expect that's a practical issue to manage, but didn't feel like Bonfire Night.
5. Haunted house. After the fireworks (at approx 8pm), the kids queued to enter. After queuing for some time, someone abruptly informed us that the performers were tired and we should have com earlier. This isn't an ideal communications style to kids. Note - the times of the event were advertised until 9pm, so it should have still be going.

I am only communicating this out as it was a paid-for event, and we found this to be the most expensive and not very good value for money with the issues experienced, and hopefully it can be taken forward to future events.

Great Fireworks Laser show and facilities. Plenty to eat and drink. The only negative is not knowing what was available only finding out by asking where the Halloween walk through was etc. Shame was not aware of area selling jacket potatoes as would have purchased them. Great night had.

For the price it was expensive, usually go to the ageas bowl, ticket was the same price but display so much more worth it, at the ageas bowl. Limited seating specially for elderly. Fireworks and music not insync with the display. Won't be coming again.

Advertisment could have been improved - didn't know what time the fireworks actually were. Didn't know what other things there was to do - so didn't know what time to get there for.

Personally I didn't enjoy the Lazer and fireworks at the same time - I thought it was a sensory overload. But they were both great! Loved the fireworks.

Good value for money - (no carers tickets advertised)

No veggie food that I could find
Maybe some things for the kids like candy floss, light up toys etc

Amazing evening from start to finish. Easy to park and enter. Friendly helpful staff. No queue for toilets as a few options. Facilities very clean. Trick and treat room was fantastic. We purchased some sweets for the kids and these were very reasonably priced. We also purchased drinks and snacks from the bar, no queues and friendly staff. Good choice.
Fireworks and laser show was amazing, whole family enjoyed it. We loved the whole community family atmosphere that we found here and will definitely be coming back next year if not before for any other events. Thanks for a safe friendly amazing event

Could of done with announcing when it was going to start and thank you for all coming tonight and talked about the club and how the money raised was going to benefit AFC

Terrific firework display, excellent “spooky room”, friendly and efficient service in the bars. First class family event.
