FAQ:

• What time is check-in? Check-in begins @ 4:30pm on the black food trailer.
• What is the parking situation? We will have a parking attendant to help direct traffic in the best way we can.
• Are children allowed? Yes BUT if they are going to eat any food/dessert they WILL NEED a ticket, unless they eat off your plate
• Should I bring a chair? The dining room will be open and will we have covered seating for ticketed attendees. No additional tents allowed
• Can we BYOB? Not this year.
• Will there be non-alcoholic beverages available? There will be water coolers and the drink machine in the dining room will be open.
• What time can I arrive? Please plan to arrive between 4:15-4:30pm
• What if there is a vendor I don't want food from? There will be a ticket trading station. You can only trade for another vendor if there is a ticket that has already been traded.
• What if I need a refund? This is a rain or shine event. Refunds will NOT be given due to weather BUT refunds are allowed up to 7 days prior to the event.
• Will I have to wait in line? The lines for each vendor will not be like our normal saturday line, but you may have to wait a few minutes so please be patient. All of these items are being prepare "on the fly". Please keep in mind this event is 4 hours long so relax, hang out, and enjoy the company!
• How can I come prepared? Water bottle, bug spray, sunscreen, travel fan/mister, chair if you feel you may need one. Anything you think you may need within reason.
• Where can I find dessert? Dessert is served inside the dining room.
• How does sizing for T-shirts work? T-shirt sizing is first come first served. We do not guarantee you will get the exact size you need/want.
