On September 6th, 2026, from 12 to 5 PM, wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike are invited to indulge in a delightful celebration of Idaho's growing wine country at the highly anticipated Sunnyslope Wine Festival. The event will take place at the beautiful Ste. Chapelle Winery, in Caldwell, featuring the Sunnyslope as a backdrop. This festival will feature wines from 20+ esteemed wineries of the Sunnyslope Wine Trail, offering attendees a chance to savor an array of exquisite flavors all in one place.

Tickets & Add-Ons:
∙ Tasting Ticket: $55, includes a wine passport to taste the exquisite wines, a complimentary wine glass, enjoy live music, food trucks, and shopping opportunities from a diverse range of local artisan vendors. Must be 21+ and provide valid ID at gate.
∙ Designated Driver Ticket: $25, does not include wine tastings. Not 21+ required, but those who are 21+ will still have the opportunity to purchase wine bottles, and must provide valid ID at the gate. Enjoy live music, food trucks, and shopping opportunities from a diverse range of local artisan vendors.
∙ Shuttle to the Festival: SOLD OUT this add-on reserves one seat on the shuttle, ticket to the festival is not included. Festival shuttle from The Village at Meridian to the Sunnyslope Wine Festival! This is the perfect opportunity for safe and fun travels to and from the wine festival.
Check your email after purchase! Your confirmation email will include a QR code which is your ticket and entry into the festival. Print email QR Code beforehand or have ready on your phone, with your IDs at check in.
Every guest must show a valid photo ID at entry, regardless of age.
Please have your ID & QR codes with you and ready at check-in! All persons must be 21 years of age unless they purchased a designated driver ticket.
All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other Sunnyslope Wine Trail offers.

Festival Parking:
Festival parking will be on the lawn of Sawtooth Winery, NOT Ste. Chapelle Parking lot. Follow the signs for festival parking on Lowell Rd. The lot closest to the festival entrance, in Ste. Chapelle's lower lot is reserved for ADA and senior citizens only. Our partner, The Wagon, will be shuttling guests to and from the Sawtooth lawn to the festival entrance starting after 12:00 PM
Festival Shuttle(SOLD OUT):
We’re partnering again with The Wagon to offer a festival shuttle from The Village at Meridian to the Sunnyslope Wine Festival at Ste. Chapelle Winery! This is the perfect opportunity for safe and fun travels to and from the wine festival.
Reserving Your Seat:
Shuttle transportation is $10 a seat. This is a ticket add-on and reserves one seat on the shuttle, ticket to the festival is not included.Seats are limited to 60 total, so don’t wait!
Pickup & Drop-off Location:
Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park (parking lot at the intersection of Kleiner Memorial Pkwy and N Records Way, behind The Village at Meridian).
Shuttle schedule:
Buses arrive at Kliener Park at 10:30am
Depart at 10:45am
Arrive at Ste Chapelle around 11:30am
Buses head back to Kliener Park at 5pm

I thought the event was a little chaotic this year. I did not like the set up of the wine booths and the vendors. It seemed like everything was pushed together and so the area to stand in line for the wine booths were very crowded. I also thought it was very chaotic how everyone had chairs just all over the place. I would say the most disappointing was no food allowed from outside. I do not think the food vendors that are offered are very good and have been disappointing in the past. I did not buy any food from the vendors this year. I did still enjoy myself. The weather was nice. I liked the music but again thought it was put in a weird area this year. In the past after attending this event, I look forward to the next year however, I’m not sure if I will go again next year maybe to see if things have changed for the better but as I mentioned above, I really did not like the set up this year I would like to say thank you for all the volunteers and all the work that I went into event as I do appreciate the very nice people who work and attend the event.

From the moment we arrived, it felt intimate yet it was able to accommodate almost 1000 people. The music, mercantile and food vendors were on point, especially Papa bear’s barbecue. iit was a nice mix of different things along with the wineries. The setting was just incredibly stunning with beautiful views and different levels and layers. It didn’t feel like you were just thrown in a big field. I can’t wait for next year’s.

Loved the wine, some lovely vendors as well. However, no place did the site indicate no dogs and the winery is dog friendly. The volunteers told us our dogs were not welcome and we had to hide them. Several times they told us the dogs could not walk around with us, although we stayed in the same spot on the edge of the venue. They made us very uncomfortable. Although other dogs were there, my husband sent for an Uber to go to Boise after an hour there. It's ok not to allow dogs, but it was never stated on the site, or ticket details. So our experience was not great.

The Sunnyslope Wine Festival is my favorite event of the year. Truly a day to remember. This will be my third year attending and it never disappoints. Discover new wines, meet some of the nicest people and enjoy the most beautiful scenery in the heart of Idaho's beautiful wine country. The wine community is like no other. Looking forward to another successful year and thank you to all of those who make it happen :)
