Sensory 101 - SATURDAY Oct 25, 10am; Presented by Fernanda Peyronel and Mary Ann Ferrer

In this short but insightful workshop, participants will deepen their understanding of sensory perception and explore the science behind commonly used flavour terms such as palate, mouthfeel, finish, and retronasal olfaction. They'll also gain valuable insight into how personal biases and genetics influence individual flavour perception. After this session, you’ll approach your next tasting experience with a fresh perspective and a heightened awareness of food’s sensory attributes. Tickets are non-refundable.
