I had a great time at the Craft Beer Festival. The vendors were helpful and informative. My only complaint was that the music was too loud, making conversation difficult.
It was fun to get to return to it, and I plan on being back next year if at all possible. My only thing is in years past it felt like more breweries brought like 1-2 normals... and then then one experiment they were trying. This year, I just felt like everyone played it safe and brought things I could normally get at their location year round.
The event was great, the vendors were impressive, and the live music was a nice touch!!!
Fun event! Crafters were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Purchasing the extra hour was good before the 4 pm crowd arrived. We had pretzel necklaces with us and had comments from folks what a great idea to help with the beer!! Probably should have offered some snacks up like pretzels for next year's venue. Hope to attend again next year.
We had purchased our 3 tickets prior to Brewery at Union Station offering the $10 off if you are a Mug Club member so we didn't get to take advantage of that.
Thank you.
We got there 15 minutes after it started and we’re handed small Dixie cups to drink out of. We were told the real glasses would be coming “soon”. We finally got our glasses (last years leftovers) switched out right before 5 pm. They obviously knew how many tickets had sold but didn’t have enough glasses? Very poor planning imo. Otherwise it was ok. Liked that they brought in some breweries that weren't from Erie. This was honestly the only reason we went because it’s usually the same local breweries with the same beers at these events. I would like to see a couple of snack options.
It was fun! Just wish they had more glasses at the start of the event. And not reissues of glasses from 2023
I had an enjoyable time. I think it was well put together. Hats off to the organizers!
