This 60-minute Yin Meditation class is a sacred pause—an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner rhythms. Through long-held, gentle yin postures, the body is given time to release tension stored in deep connective tissues, while meditation is woven throughout the practice to support grounding, awareness, and energetic balance.
