The con was great. Always fun, however the group of vendor you had at pole #72 was the rudest I have encountered. He was speaking with my daughter as though she was stupid and then when I came over He called me a B*tch. He needs to not be allowed back. He had the biggest and tallest display all the way in the back to the right if you were looking from the front door.
Other then that, my kids had a blast
Another great Corgscon in the books!! One of the few shows where you can still go and find a mix of dealers and collectors selling and able to find things for very reasonable prices going from one collector to another! Actually found 1 of my games on my shopping list - the one I least expected - and found the 1 peripheral on my list and was extremely happy with the deals! The Free Play area was fun as always - some great stand up arcades and was a blast playing Wolkenstein 3D on the Jaguar! The space was airy and huge - I hope that next year there is more of EVERYTHING! More vendors, more free play, more more more!! I was a VIC and getting in 2 hours early was awesome - I basically saved the money on the items I bought to make the difference in the cost of my entry! - but I would have liked to see a little more in the VIC only area. At the very least some chairs but how about a snack and sodas or a bottle of water? Would have really added some great value to the tickets! The VIC freebies were a lot of fun, t-shirt is top quality this year - and the shopping bag filled up! Hopefully the fairgrounds cleans up the construction for next year - there was a lot of events going on and parking and leaving was a little difficult. Had a blast over both days - can wait for Corgscon 2027!
Nice event had a blast. Wish I could of made it the first day as well
Everyone was friendly. Great vendors, friendly people to talk to. Well ran event. Gary did a great job
Fantastic event. The guests were incredibly nice and some of them had amazing careers in the game industry and were a treat to talk to. Thanks for the memories.
It was great this year. I got some good game pickups and got to meet James Pax from Big Trouble in Little China. Can't wait to do it again next year.
came exclusively for the bands. ORB was phenomenal.
Corgscon is a great time! There a little bit of everything for the gamer at heart! Once the show room cleared, the included after party featuring an eclectic mix of bands, was and absolute blast! Looking forward to attending again!
Had a great time as always! It's a little concerning though how few people were there both in terms of vendors and attendees. I think there may be a marketting issue behind that possibly. On the flip side though it was refreshing not having to squeeze through 30 people at all times like a lot of cons because I get rather claustrophobic. Found good deals, talked to great people, hung out with awesome friends like Brandi Ahmer, Jaime (RNG Gamer), Matt (Retro Wolf) etc. I never regret coming here. Only other knock I have to give is a certain vendor (probably shouildn't give any names publicly) needs to honestly be banned because of how incredibly rude they are every single time I see them at any convention. Guy gets his panties in a wad any time he's told no and starts talking smack at you after you've already walked off. No wonder nobody ever stops by this guy's booth.
The event was just OK. Attendance was much lighter than expected. Vendors didn't have much of what I was looking for, but this is just due to my preferences.
The event staff were very friendly and helpful.
